Processing of Personal Data When Visiting Our Website

Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the device used to access the site. This includes:

Data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. Session-related data is deleted at the end of the session.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. Google Analytics uses cookies to analyse how users interact with the website.

The information generated by these cookies is generally transferred to and stored on Google servers in the United States. Within the European Union and the European Economic Area, IP addresses are anonymised before transmission. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

Google processes this information on our behalf to evaluate website usage, compile reports on website activity, and provide additional services related to website and internet usage. According to Google, the IP address transmitted by your browser is not merged with other Google data.

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Tag Manager is used to manage and deploy tracking tools. It does not create user profiles, store cookies, or perform independent analyses. However, it may collect IP addresses, which can be transmitted to Google’s parent company in the USA.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR where consent is required, and § 25(1) TDDDG where applicable. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Calendly

We offer the option to book appointments via Calendly, provided by Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, 10th Floor, Atlanta, Georgia 30363, USA.

When booking an appointment, you enter personal data and your preferred time slot. This data is used to schedule, conduct, and follow up on appointments. The data is stored on Calendly’s servers.
